Three people were arrested Monday on methamphetamine charges.

Graves County Sheriff Jon Hayden said he found a vehicle pulled off into a field just off of Rudy Road, near the Johnnie Road intersection and KY Hwy 384 near Dublin. Sheriff Hayden said that the occupants of the vehicle were acting nervous, and a rear seat passenger gave conflicting information as to his identity.

The man was later identified as 42-year-old Johnathon Jackson, of Mayfield, who was wanted on numerous felony cases out of Graves County Circuit Court. During a search of the vehicle and occupants, deputies found crystal methamphetamine and a large amount of methamphetamine related drug paraphernalia.

Jackson and two others in the vehicle, 20-year-old Linzey Banks of Murray and 21-year-old Daniel Chambers of Mayfield, were arrested and lodged in the Graves County Jail. All three were charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was arrested on four outstanding warrants.
