Two Arrested on Drug Charges after Stop

Two people face drug and other charges after a traffic stop Saturday in Murray.

According to Kentucky State Police, officers stopped a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot and identified the driver as Shea Le Chambers of Pilot Oak. The investigation showed a passenger in the car, Brett Eigenrauch of Mayfield, had active arrest warrants.

Officers said they found methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, $300 cash, a handgun, a fake ID and counterfeit money during a search.

Both Chambers and Eigenrauch were arrested and booked into Calloway County Jail. Chambers is charged with possession and trafficking in meth, possession of a handgun by a felon, hindering prosecution, possession of marijuana and traffic offenses. Eigenrauch is charged with possession and trafficking in meth, possession of a handgun by a felon, criminal possession of a forged instrument, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance.

Troopers were assisted on the scene by the Marshall County Sheriff's Office and the Murray Police Department.
