US 45 Bypass Closure Begins Today in Mayfield

An extended closure begins Monday for a section of a major highway at Mayfield.

US 45-Business will close at 9 a.m. where it connects to the US 45 bypass.

The road will be closed to all traffic near the Macedonia Road intersection for up to 6 weeks.

The closure is to allow additional earth-moving work for construction of a new intersection with the new KY 80 bypass.
