West Kentucky Community & Technical College’s Fall nursing pinning ceremony will be held Monday, December 12 at the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center. The ceremony begins at 5 pm.

Forty-eight nursing students will cross the stage to receive pins in their respective programs with 26 representing the completion of the associate degree in nursing program and 22 representing the completion of the practical nursing program.  

The pinning ceremony is a symbolic welcoming of recently graduated nurses into the nursing profession.

Those receiving pins for the associate degree in nursing are listed by county residence.

The 2016 commencement ceremony will follow the nursing pinning ceremony. Nearly 800 WKCTC students are eligible to participate in the ceremony, which begins at 7 pm.
