According to the Carlisle County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to First and Walnut Streets, where they found 40-year-old James West, who then fled on foot.
West was located a short distance from that area and taken into custody.
In addition to the warrants, West was also charged with first degree fleeing and evading police.
