An Almo woman was arrested after allegedly injecting three children with insulin.
The Calloway County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to a home in Almo on April 22nd where Heather Colson McCutchen was reportedly chasing children, attempting to inject them with insulin. When deputies arrived, they found that three children had been allegedly injected with the drug and were being transported in a private vehicle to the Murray Calloway County Hospital for treatment.
McCutchen fled into a wooded area before deputies arrived, but was located a short time later. She was charged with three counts of 2nd degree wanton endangerment, one count of 4th degree assault domestic violence, two counts of 4th degree assault, 3rd degree criminal abuse, and unlawful imprisonment.
McCutchen was taken to the Calloway County Jail.
