Woman Arrested After Disturbance at Mayfield Store
By West Kentucky Star Staff
GRAVES COUNTY - A disturbance at a local store resulted in a woman's arrest.

The Mayfield Police Department says officers responded on Wednesday to a business on Cuba Road to a report of a woman knocking over shelving and throwing merchandise on the floor. When officers arrived, they said 22-year-old Sydney Williamson was yelling at the store owner.

During the investigation, officers learned that Williamson became irate over a disagreement with the store owner, and began knocking over merchandise racks.

Williamson was placed under arrest and lodged in the Graves County Jail. She's charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
