A Mayfield woman was arrested Thursday after she allegedly used counterfeit money to pay for her meal.

The Mayfield Police Department said a local restaurant reported that a customer paid for their food with a counterfeit one hundred dollar bill. Police tracked the counterfeit bill to a home on South 12th Street.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for the home. As a result of that search, 27-year-old Savanna Lucious was arrested.

Lucious is charged with three counts of 1st degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. She was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
