Authorities have charged two juveniles with starting an East Tennessee wildfire that killed 14 people and destroyed or damaged more than 1,700 buildings. The man wanted for questioning in the death of his sister in Lyon County has been arrested. Kentucky State Police say the Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested 66-year-old Arthur A. Long of Chicago about 12:30 am Monday near Cookeville in Putnam County, in north Central Tennessee.
