Grey skies are expected for today's Boston Marathon, but onlookers will be cheering nonetheless. Some 30,000 runners are expected to take part in the second Boston Marathon
since bombs went off near the finish line in 2013, killing three people
and wounding another 260.
Tom Grilk, the executive director of the Boston
Athletic Association, says, "What happened in 2013 was the closest and
perhaps most poignant part of our history, but part of the history."
