The entry fee is $50 per player, which includes one mulligan per player and lunch (11:30 am – 12:45 pm). A limited number of carts can be reserved, for $20 each, by calling MGCC at (270) 247-1862. Tournament Prizes will be determined by number of teams.
Individual Hole Sponsorships are available at $100 each and will include a professionally printed sign on the tee box. Hole Sponsorships should be reserved by May 18 so adequate time is given for the printing of the sign.
Entry deadline to play in the tournament is May 18, or until the field is full. Fees are non-refundable after May 22. Checks can be sent to Mayfield High School, c/o Mary Seay, 700 Douthitt Street, Mayfield, KY 42066.
