Purchase District Fair opens Tuesday in Mayfield

This year's Purchase District Fair in Mayfield is set for June 10-14.

There'll be midway rides every night, and a big event each night in the grandstands.

Tuesday night is the return of the school bus demolition derby at 6 pm.

Wednesday features country music performed by Brady Smith starting at 6 pm.

On Thursday night, Pro Wrestling Entertainment will be in the grandstands, including an appearance by Jerry "The King" Lawler. Reserved seats are on sale now at Eventbrite.com . General admission tickets are $10 at the gate.

Friday is the demolition derby.

Saturday night will be enduro racing. Gates open at 5, and racing starts at 7.


The midway opens at 5 nightly, and at 3pm on Saturday.
