Highway crews are repainting highway stripes across western Kentucky for the next several days.
Crews of slow-moving caravans will be on I-24 in McCracken, Marshall, Livingston, Lyon, Caldwell and Trigg counties for the next 3 or 4 days, including this weekend.
Law enforcement will assist with traffic control as needed.
Avoid driving over freshly painted lines. Typically, the new stripe dries in about 4 minutes.
