Drowning victim recovered from Kentucky Lake

The body of a man who had been swimming on the Tennessee side of Kentucky Lake Saturday has been recovered.

The Stewart County, TN Sheriff's Office is handling the investigation and said the body of the 40-year-old man was discovered at Gray's Landing.  It took authorities a while to recover the body due to severe weather in the area.

No other details are immediately known other than there was not a boat involved and the victim was swimming in the lake.  The investigation is continuing.
