Hopkinsville woman dies in house fire

A Hopkinsville woman is dead following a Monday afternoon fire.

The Hopkinsville Fire Department said 37-year-old Shatikia Brime was found inside the home on West 16th Street.  Brime was rushed to Jennie Stuard Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation,
