Indictment returned against Fancy Farm man involved in Labor Day weekendaccident

A Graves County Grand Jury returned an indictment last Thuesday against a Fancy Farm man involved in an accieent in September. .

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said in a social media post 27-year-old Blake N. Thomas was indicted on assault and leaving the scene of an acident and failing to render aid.

The accident occured Labor Day weekend when investigators said Thomas was involved in an ATV side by side accident which left another man seriously injured.  Thomas turned himself into the Graves County Sheriff's Office Friday morning.  

Kentucky State Police assisted in the investigation.
