Overturned tanker truck blocking access to Milan Station

An overturned tanker truck is blocking access to Milan Station in western McCracken County this afternoon.

The accident is being treated as a hazardous material incident. Police have asked for assistance from McCracken County Emergency Management and the DES rescue to control traffic and help deal with gas leaking near the station.

The accident near the intersection has blocked access to the station on KY 286. US 62 is open but watch for traffic control personnel on scene.
