Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle along US 641 after witnessing a series of traffic offenses. When they approached the vehicle, they reportedly saw what appeared to be drug paraphernalia in plain sight. That gave deputies probable cause for a search, which is said to have uncovered suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
The driver, 23-year-old Muhammed Usman of Columbus, Ohio, was arrested and charged with possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, and several traffic offenses. He was booked into the Marshall County Detention Center.
