Two people were sent to the hospital following a collision on KY 80 in Graves County on Monday afternoon.
The Graves County Sheriff's Office said the collision took place at the intersection of KY 80 and KY 303.
Deputies said 17-year-old Kyler Prather of Mayfield was driving on KY 80 when he turned into the path of a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Jacie Crader of Wingo.
Crader had to be extricated from her vehicle and eventually transported by Air Evac to a Nashville area hospital.
Prather was transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for possible minor injuries.
