PADUCAH, KY - A pair of local women were hospitalized after they were involved in a car accident Monday afternoon at the intersection of Olivet Church Road and James Sanders Blvd.

McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the call at approximately 5:30 Monday afternoon, and their investigation showed that a car driven by 22-year-old Dakota Rae of Paducah struck the rear bumper of a car driven by 58-year-old Debra Sears of Melber.

Both drivers were transported to a local ER for treatment of their injuries. Rae's passenger, 21-year-old Kaitlin Myers of Paducah, was apparently uninjured.

Deputies were assisted at the scene by Randy's Wrecker Service, Meadow's Body Show, Concord Fire Department and Mercy EMS.
